Fantastic experience
I had my first ninety minute massage today at The Rub. I can't wait for my next one. I really liked that she let me set the pace. Sometimes I like to talk and other times I want absolute quiet. I think I feel asleep twice but left feeling totally invigorated. Exactly what a great massage should do.

I usually I would drive to Reno to get a Deep tissue Massage when in Reno/Fallon area. business I scheduled a deep tissue massage at The Rub Massage, this week. I can say LaNaya is one of the better Masseuses I have found.
I have a lot of experiences, in getting Massages in the last 20 years, I traveled a lot International and had a Masseuse targeted in each Location, after the 10-to-28-hour flights.
I can tell the difference between good and Bad.

I hesitate to put my true feelings about The Rub in a review because it might make available appointments harder to get. Seriously, La Naya is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about therapeutic massages… I have Some chronic issues, and after 20 years of pain she has not only reduced the pain and increased my flexibility, but she showed me how to get relief when I can’t get in to see her as quickly as the pain dictates. Whatever your preference for chitchat or silence, she is happy to accommodate - we usually end up giggling through much of mine. Make an appointment with The Rub… you won’t be sorry!

I went in, told LaNaya my issues and where I hurt the most. She listened carefully, asked a few question and started my massage. I've suffered from neck/shoulder pain for years after a cervical fusion surgery. Her massage was thorough and she hit all of the target areas I mentioned and then some! I felt some relief the instant she started, the more she worked the better I felt. She asked several times if the pressure was too little or too much...it was perfect. When I left I could actually turn my head fully to each side, something I haven't been able to do for over 10 years!! Her facility is clean, uncluttered, very inviting and relaxing.
LaNaya is super nice, very friendly, very attentive and has an amazing personality.
I would recommend The Rub and LaNaya hands-down any day!!!!

90min massage WORTH IT
LaNaya is my hero!! For the longest time, I've had a shoulder injury and didnt have much movement with it. I asked for a 90min massage and told her my previous injury. Before we started she said to let her know if I didnt like something she was doing i.e. if it hurt too much. Shoulder was stiff so I actually appreciated some of the "pain" for the force she put into it.
I know its only temporary but I can move around my shoulder again and I'm very grateful for that!!

free of numbness
I recieved a massage from LaNaya last thursday. At the time it was amazing. She flexed mt hips and rubbed my sciatic nerve to stimulate and release pressure in them. In the days that followed it was much easier to walk and less pain. As I sit here 8 days late I realize that the stabbing numbness in my shins and feet are gone. I feel good again for the first time in year. I need to find a place for you in my budget ;-)

This was the 2nd massage from Lanaya that I received and it was wonderful!! Definitely the best in Fallon! She is friendly, welcoming, professional and very good at working out all the stress and knots from my muscles (which can sometimes be stubborn knots.) If my budget allowed, I would book appts more often with her!
